Veg Paneer Roll easy recipe

Veg Paneer Roll

Once upon a time, there was a delicious recipe for veg paneer roll that everyone loved. It was the perfect combination of soft and fluffy roti, filled with a mouth-watering mixture of paneer, mixed vegetables, and spices.

To make the rolls, first, the dough for the roti was prepared by mixing together flour, salt, and water. The dough was then left to rest for 30 minutes. Next, the filling was prepared by sautéing diced paneer and mixed vegetables in a pan with some oil. Spices like cumin, coriander, and garam masala were added to give it a flavorful kick.

Once the filling was ready, the dough was divided into small balls and rolled out into thin rotis. A spoonful of the filling was placed on each roti and then the roti was rolled up tightly, sealing the edges. The rolls were then cooked on a hot griddle until they were golden brown on both sides.

The aroma of the cooking rolls wafted through the air, making everyone's mouth water in anticipation. Finally, the veg paneer rolls were ready to be devoured.
